i prefer to stay in this list instead of being in Hall of DeadPooled
Actually good idea, @yoursunny can you add how much those providers increased their prices? So we can see the ones increased their prices by 300% and 20%. It's not fair to put them all in same bucket
That's what will happen to most providers anyways when their customer leaves.
Do you think people will stay at some RandomShitNamed Provider LLC that disappears from LET and stop responding when their new prices are same as Digital Ocean?
@oplinks network is pretty solid. No complaints and good customer service.
As far as @barbaros complaint to DO. I mean I've had better luck with @oplink over DO.
I've seen a few issues with it during my time there. Their network is only as good as lumen is. If it goes down then they switch to cogent. They rebooted every few months to update the server.
oplink is down
Edit: was down for 10 mins. Highly unusual for oplink. i thought someone wasnt happy about the price hike today.
Oplink sent out a maintenance notice a few days ago. Didn't get the email?
Network Maintenance Window:
Start Time: 8:00 PM Central Time on October 14, 2026
End Time: 8:30 PM Central Time on October 14, 2026
I personally have a VPS with them for personal use and infact have never seen downtime or issues in over a year.
Don't know what you saying as far as Lumen goes. I got traffic going out via Cogent. Thus the sub 1ms.
Note: Same DC but outside of Oplinks network.
yes many peoples stay who trust our service and understand where the market is going how things are being changed in last few months due to wars in all over the world
to be honest
everyone knows the Hike in prices providers cannot bear at there own
.. i wonder why vultr and/or digitalocean doesn't make into the predator list... no pricing increase?? wtffffff, did they figure out how to clone RAM, ssds and servers?
Do you think they are considered "Low End"?
+100%? crazy.
Well my vps at vultr is still $5.
well, kinda. free bgp. 512mb vms are 3.50$/m
and check some locations they offer.... incoming bandwidth is free if i recall correctly.
Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Poland, Japan, Italia, Israel, India, Chile, Korea, Australia and more.. so not bad at all
