[CloudCone] Refund pending 20+ days, only bot replies - ticket #3568703

Hi, I'm hoping to get some help with a stalled refund on CloudCone.

Timeline:

  • June 2: Opened a ticket requesting a refund of my account balance to Alipay. I was unable to deploy any VM because the panel showed "Compute deployments has been temporarily disabled."
  • June 3: A CloudCone agent confirmed the refund would be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • The 7-14 business day window has now fully passed.
  • After I followed up, I only received an automated bot reply restarting the same 7-14 business day estimate from scratch.

I have kept everything on a single ticket as instructed and have not opened any duplicates. At this point I just want a clear answer from a human on the Billing team: has the refund actually been initiated, and if so, on what date?
