Chicago VDS with high single-core performance

I'm looking to merge some of my current game servers, so i'm looking for something with high single core performance.

My requirements:

• 4-6 DEDICATED non-shared 9950X/9700X/9800X3D cores (or anything similar single-core performance wise)
• 10-12GB memory
• 200GB+ ssd/nvme
• 1Gbps port with 2-4TB bandwidth
• Good NA coastal peering/routing, if possible id like to match or lower my current ping (https://lg.gsl.tools/?9c0fef2abb514f0e only gives so much info, but better than nothing)
• DDOS protection for Source engine games (NO null-route, must be configurable )
• HAS to be in Chicago, this is non-negotiable
• $80/month, possibly a bit more
