really too early? i mean i bought it like 6h ago and i saw other providers were offering 15min deploy ready after purchase
i thought it would be quick and its a sudany i really wanna use this weekend day for my project

Deployment shouldn't take longer 3-7 weeks unless there is some exceptional situation (like for example the employee pressing the buttons catching the flu). I'm sorry if that causes any kind of inconvenience for you. Feel free to reach out by ticket and claim the quadruple everything bonus, so you have something to look forward to while you are waiting.

dont know why being sarcastic! this is not my first vps and other providers are much faster and sure more expensive, im asking here because their knowledge base is EMPTY, so i have no idea if soemthing is wrong from my end or their's

as you might know not all hosts are built the same. Some may be faster and have non-empty knowledge bases but only CloudServer features the unique quadruple everything bonus. With CloudServer the way is the destination and there's always something to look forward to while you are waiting.

If you have not already raise a ticket, if its an order issue they can help. These types of threads can have a negative impact on a company which is unfair if they have not been given the chance in the first instance to look at any issue
i have a ticket opened, and i will deffinetly delete this post once its resolved, i have absolutly no intend to harm them or whatever, and in my defense why the hell they have no faq or anything in knowledge base ? even in the order email or the listng there's nothting about how long to deploy

Maybe they need manual approval of orders during business days and business hours
Maybe their fraud system get triggered for some reason.

If you want near instant deployment, then you should go to those providers.
Many hosts here still perform manual inspection for first time purchase and/or manual deployment. Beside, they may have different cost structure e.g no 24/7 helpdesk unless it's emergency.
That's just how LowEndExperience is. My suggestion: use different provider that supports hourly billing if you think spending $1 extra is worth the time instead of waiting for a day to a week
