Just a heads up for anyone unaware, about 1-2 years ago I ordered from tms, and found out that the servers have ping spikes of 200+ ms every few hours exactly on the hour. This affected every subnet I tested, not just the one my server was on.
I asked on some forums and people said it was probably from some ARP storm due to overloaded or old switches.
