This is not a matter of patience. When a paying customer has to wait for over 24 hours while the server is still deploying, and the merchant fails to provide any follow-up on the ticket—all while actively selling servers they cannot deliver on time—it is simply unacceptable

They've received over 600 orders in the past day, along with hundreds of giveaway tickets that need to be handled. Not to mention, lots of people are also opening tickets asking about server provisioning times, dedicated server quotes, and other support requests. They're also still working on building all the dedi's that people have bought.
Just be patient, dude. The server isn't going anywhere. They have a lot to handle right now, so give them some more time.
If you need a VPS this very second and you're somehow losing millions by waiting, then you should've gone with something like GCP or AWS. You paid a whole $7 for a VPS. You'll get it soon.

Because I was whiny fuck myself and asked refund as it took more than 3 days to reinstall a server.
If you really want that cheap deal you got, then just stfu create a ticket and wait till they fix it.
