Dartnode is too disappointing

Fake line and worse event!
This is by far the most disappointing merchant and event I have ever experienced. I have been stuck on this page for almost two hours, and several of my friends are facing the exact same problem. Instead of moving forward in the queue, our positions keep getting pushed back. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge the community to remove this merchant from the event program and prevent others from having the same terrible experience.

lol
from what event program you want to remove this merchant? from DartDay 2026??
Hi,
is there more context available?
You are #25 in line to wait for a checkout session? checkout session like shop? Or what is this supposed to be?
For what exactly did you fall in line and remained there for 2h? -> Respect for your browser and all to hold the session that long
During checkout, I was placed in a waiting queue. I initially moved from over 20th place to 7th place, but then my position suddenly started moving backward and dropped back to over 20th place again. This happened repeatedly. Every time I got close to the front of the queue, my position would be pushed back. I personally witnessed the queue number moving backward multiple times, which makes the process seem unfair and unreliable.
I believe this promotion is misleading. The first 100 VPS units remained unsold for a very long time, but then the progress suddenly increased at an unusually fast rate. In addition, orders for the Los Angeles promotional VPS could not be checked out properly.
Hi,
mymymy that sounds quiet annoying. You have a lot of patience watching this race for 2h....
I would rather watch 2 hours of Fomula One race than this race
The race is goated (I never win)
okay thanks
Really hard to grab a good deal from them, but - when you success - worth it overall

I tried for almost a year on their different events. I know, it can be really frustrating. But got it.
try try and try.. Good luck
Be honest, these days must be so lucky to grab something good and cheap/affordable from any provider.
The checkout queue is a very strange feature. Why don't use a simple checkout without such things?
Just heads up from my testing using private browser, the queue is per item, so $7.00/yr US-EAST VPS is a different queue from $7.00/yr US-SOUTH VPS, which is different from the flash sale bundle product.
But that doesn't explain the odd queue movement. I think the system has some bugs, I was in queue for over 1 hour at position #1 for one of the $7/yr VPS. Still shows in stock on the deals page.
So.. the queue is confirmed that you are able to purchase the server? Or... it's up to availability
Their meme value is infinity.

Annoying.
My MJJ detection radar indication >9000...
So, you are stuck in the queue and this is why provider is bad...interesting correlation.
U ain't tuff vro.
Basically all there is to know about Dartnode.
2026 new type of whining
You may need to see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible. That might help you regain your vision.
I queued for three hours, then got stuck at #77 instead of #9, wasting a total of five hours of my time.
Some people reported that they didn’t actually have to wait in line at all — they simply refreshed the page a few times and got in. This suggests that the queueing system is completely fake.
@DartNode @simo
If they had tens of thousands of people in the queue for 24 hours and still couldn’t sell 500 machines, that’s quite telling. Haaaa…
This was my worst shopping experience ever, bar none. I will never buy anything from them again.
Whether it's the front-end design or the awful user experience, especially that page with its "classic high-saturation blue-purple gradient color scheme + shimmering, highlighting, dynamic pulse outline, rounded rectangle div" style, I simply don't want to look at it again.
Putting aside the bot queues (malicious queue-grabbing, scripts, etc.) and system technical issues, I even doubt whether they truly offer as many "discounted VPS" as they advertise.
For a cloud service provider that can't even handle high concurrency, I don't think they can offer much technical assistance.
