I always help children with dolls. Every year there are Christmas projects in Ireland to collect toys for children in third very poor countries. Every year I donate toys, to teach my children not to be greedy and be kind instead.

Interesting. I just looked at the bottom of the main page and saw "normal" payment methods. It makes it pretty weird that they'd block TOR, but whatever. It's still a good cause and I don't mind donating again.
They might not even know they're blocking Tor. They probably just set Cloudflare to its maximum "security", or perhaps they're using a third-party payment gateway that they don't control.
Looks like they are using GoFundMe Pro to accept payments and that is blocking Tor. But looks like VPN still works.
Edit: It looks like it depends on what exit node you land on. Some are unblocked.
I reached out to their support contact asking them to reconsider blocking TOR traffic, FYI.
