I’m looking for a VPS or dedicated server with the following minimum specifications:
- CPU: 2 vCores (AMD)
- RAM: 4GB
- Storage: 40GB NVMe
- Network: 1Gbps uplink
Location preference: Netherlands / Europe
Requirements:
- Strong privacy policies
- DMCA-ignored
- High reliability and uptime (downtime is not acceptable)
Infrastructure plan:
I plan to deploy multiple servers (at least 2 or more) behind a load balancer to avoid any single point of failure and ensure service continuity.
Use case:
The server will be used to host and distribute torrent files (primarily anime-related content), similar in nature to public torrent indexing sites.

I often have problems with BuyVM Switzerland, so I’d like to explore other options
Try https://pfcloud.io. They allow virtually anything and have locations in both the Netherlands and Slovenia. Not sure how good the uptime is, but at least it's never been bad enough for me to notice any issues beyond a single DDoS event.

Netherlands has had a few power issues over the past week that we had no control over. Since then a few nodes have been moved between racks and a Power Reader has been ordered to look more into this.
About the response time we usually try to respond (when we are awake) as soon as we see it. Sometimes this can take some hours, sometimes its instant.
And that the Node took a while to comeback is simply because we have to order (available) remote hands or have Trivox drive there themselves, which takes about 3h in itself. A very annoying thing but nothing we at the current point can resolve. Working on figurring out solutions though.
