    Dear Nyr,

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing unexpected technical issues affecting the kvmnvme02 node, where your server is hosted.

Our on-site data center technicians are actively working on the infrastructure to isolate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. During this time, your services may be temporarily unavailable.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide a follow-up update as soon as the node is fully operational and services are restored.

We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your operations and greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation.

    Regards,
    Your team at HostSailor

Until now you've just ignored it. Either come up with some form of compensation for affected customers, or just plainly say here that you don't want to do that. Just don't ignore the demand for it. You've been active on LET in the meantime, you've had time enough to think of something or react to it.

@Calypso You are definitely right in your position. We have discussed it internally and currently reviewing it on case to case basis. Please be assured, we will not ignore it.

Received a "compensation offer". Well, they seem to look at it on a case-to-case base indeed, because offering a memory upgrade for a user that only uses half of the available memory is ofcourse a taylor-made offer. Bringing the customer nothing and costing the provider exactly the same.

How about just respecting dutch law regarding compensation?

I understand you, and normally I'd take my loss. In certain cases however, depending on the way the provider acted, I can get persistent, yes. This took almost 2 months to solve, which is way too long, and was denied to be an issue at first - and I take that into account.
