ZetServers – Good pricing, but zero support once paid (BGP experience)
Hi,
I want to share an honest review about ZetServers.
First, the positive part: I really like zet specially zet.net. The price/performance ratio is great, the sales team is responsive, and their servers are attractively priced. You can also upgrade the network quite easily, and the pricing for that is still reasonable. On paper, it looks very good.
Because of that, we decided to move forward and order a dedicated server on zetservers + BGP session.
And that’s where the nightmare started.
The moment the invoice was paid, support basically disappeared. We opened a ticket for the BGP setup and… nothing. No answer for 14 days, even after multiple follow-ups.
14 days with no reply.
Then, surprise — after those 14 days of silence, they already billed the second month but still waiting for the bgp lol
We asked for a refund. No response to that either.
From a technical perspective, a BGP session is not something exotic. With our other providers, this kind of request is usually handled within 24–48 hours. Here, there was zero communication, zero update, nothing.
So for me, this is a big red flag.
If you just need a server in a premium DC and don’t expect support or advanced networking, maybe it’s fine.
But if you need proper technical support or BGP, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Okay so this is a review, public crashout, or a bad PR article?
Should I be hired as a PR ? It’s just an honest review: no support, no bgp, second month billed and charged 14 days days after subscription.
Unfortunately I am not able to review more as I can’t exploit the service without bgp for my business

Attaching evidence (ticket screenshots, invoice number for Zet to find it in their records if they care about this review) would make ot look a review in my eyes. Sure, only if the situation is exactly as described without something being omitted.
