Maybe share the ip of your server?
Check your firewall, check the traceroute to see if you can isolate the problem, ping from a few different places (maybe with globalping?), put in a support ticket if you're sure the problem's on their end.
And the root password
Not funny. He is complaining about a problem with his ping timing out, I'm trying to help here. Knowing the ip of his instance isn't much nor is it some kind of secret.
Maybe it's just a problem from the routes of whatever EU server he is trying to ping from

Seems the issue was at 14.141.123.226 - But its now working ok. So seemed some routing issue.
