Network quality just dropped dramatically on my W Series – Skylink Eygelshoven VPS.

Amsterdam and Skylink are two separate networks, we are checking both and seeing if there are any solutions, don't worry

Still same problem as of this morning. Bought my VPS the day before yesterday and everything was fine!

  • The V-1 plan is having serious disk problems, that hypervisor is problematic. I have the need to manually reboot it through VF almost every 24 hours.
You should fix the disks before releasing it to the wild.

For reference my order number for corresponding server is 6189363119

There is a disk error on the VPS; I cannot connect via SSH or VNC. It only succeeded after restarting twice through the control panel, and the ping latency to my own IP is close to 100ms. I am extremely disappointed.

Third time discussing this. It's been 15 days. No freebee. Connection with VPS is bad. I suspect this service cannot be taken seriously. Time for refunds? I'll give it one more week (lol, a month to solve a problem, crazy times).

From a different provider in NL (AMS5) to Deluxhost:
311 packets transmitted, 311 received, 0% packet loss, time 310525ms
    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 1.395/2.341/19.152/1.605 ms

From a different provider in DE (Berlin IONOS) to Deluxhost:
301 packets transmitted, 301 received, 0% packet loss, time 300384ms
    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 39.408/40.364/50.720/1.346 ms

    From Romania (M247) to Deluxhost:
81 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 81898ms
    100% packetloss currently, wasnt possible

i needed to reinstall one of my vps´s (non V Series), because i wasnt able to ssh into it, no clue why it told me everytime problems with publickey provided..., via rescue and resetting ssh login didnt helped at all sadly

This is a test and evaluation of the latency from this AMS VPS to global destinations, covering the most recent week. The data frequency is aggregated from 1-minute granularity (with one ICMP packet per second from the data source) into 1-hour statistical data for observation. The observation targets are over 100 LG nodes or DNS nodes of ISPs, with the geographical locations of the target nodes mainly in China, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
This is a system I developed myself to judge the network stability of ISPs and VPSes. On the left side of this chart is latency, and on the right side is packet loss rate. As you can see, the average global latency is around 200ms, and the packet loss rate ranges from 2% to 15%. I will not evaluate whether it is good or bad; I only state what I have observed: the VPS has experienced I/O errors, failed to restart, and could not be connected to—even through the control panel, it takes 2 to 3 attempts to succeed. I have encountered this phenomenon at least twice.

i mean, your image filename speaks for itself.. i've mentioned IOWait a lot here. i've been bitching about it so much, that 2 of the 3 VPS with the worst IOWait were moved to a different node, or something, so now IOWait is 0 on those, thanks to that load went from 0.5 down to 0.05. STEAL is 2% average. still i have 1 VPS with average IOWait 7% and it's not that bad.. but need to get that fixed anyways..

Hi, we're aware of some disk issues, and we'll be applying a fix today.

For now, we recommend a manual reboot, which should resolve the issue if it occurs, Even though it should happen sporadically, I think we have figured out the cause, there will be more updates in the next few hours.

For the rest, we haven't noticed any general or prolonged downtime as some have reported. If anything, please open a ticket and we'll check.

On December 15th, you said the refund would be completed within a week. I still haven't received it.

You are also ignoring my tickets. Please process the refund immediately.
