    Even if it is later, you can always transfer as soon as they open shop as a domain registrar. You can transfer anytime.

    Did you put in a ticket? That usually means that you didn't go through fraud checks for some reason.

    All of those things are great, doesn't mean fraud checks ran. We've had people give 100% valid details then run a stolen card or what have you. People are retarded.

  • @Francisco I placed an order for EU location but everything assigned is US. Configurable options tab shows as EU. Opened a ticket to get it resolved. Not sure if its bug you need to fix.

    I had the same issue, they where quick to resolve my issue by ticket.

    Login to the server directly as a domain admin - then 'Domain Marketplace' in the top menu. Then there should be an eM Client option there to activate.

    General FYI: They don't allow you to activate licenses on subdomains, and some of the more exotic ccTLDs that are multi-level domains aren't always on the whitelist. If it's a proper TLD and not a subdomain, but you have issues activating, we can reach out to see if they'll modify the whitelist.

    I think these days they pull from publicprefix so if its a valid TLD/3rd level, it should be OK.

    Yep you can pick the identity to send from inside webmail, assuming you enable the option on the alias.

    Did you use one of those methods when you originally signed up? If so, it locked your account to just them since no fraud checks were performed.
