@Hassan it's been a month since I posted in here, is the double BW offer expired? Never got a response.

I just ordered another server as well about an hour ago (ins::mqvifsypna) but it failed to provision so I'm waiting on a response from the helpdesk (tkt::24qvknnguw). If the double BW offers still valid would really appreciate it for both orders.

Until this failed provisioning my experience has been extremely positive. Hoping the new Las Vegas server will be as awesome as my Detroit server once this is fixed.

My problem isnt with paypal but with new server that's failed to provision.

Just called their phone number as well in an attempt to get this excellent customer service that I read about on the website, but it goes straight to voicemail.

Still no response. Losing hope in @Hassan and Hostodo as a business. Will be retracting all the recommendations I made, I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

Do NOT order from the Las Vegas data center. My Detroit server works fine, but god forbid you need any support cuz you're on your own entirely. The middle of the business week and you can't reach a person on their phone, email, or ticketing system.
