    We are looking for more storage offer particularly long commitment 3y ones from Hostodo.
    The storage can be Nvme,SSD and Even HDD with goog performannce. The pricing can be adjusted by reducing cores and ram , for us 2-3 cores are enougn and 4-8gb ram, as for storage we are looking for a min of 1TB HDD/500GB SSD/500 GB Nvme, Also is custome order possible?

    Ubuntu 23 is EOL.
    Debian 13 is missing.

    Order using cryptocurrency payment. The payment page shows success, but on the Hostodo page, it remains unpaid and no service is active. After opening a ticket, they moved it to the Level Two support team - what a nice joke.

    You're all set. Due to crypto price fluctuations the amount received was slightly less than the invoice amount. Your invoice has been marked paid and order provisioned.

    CPU is fair share. You may not use more than 100% CPU utilization for an extended period of time or in a manner which impacts your neighbors

    I have one issue constantly to follow up, while paying for invoices, this amount remain 0.01usd on each invoice, how to clear them up, there is no way to clear them and for that reason our VPS remain suspended. ins::7gnmt8xqah. Why I am writing, is that I am unable to contact the owner and he isn't replying at all.

    After I purchased and installed the system, I couldn't connect. It said the connection timed out. I contacted support and received a response, saying I had to wait for the secondary team. After several hours, I didn't get any feedback on the results. So I planned to apply for a refund as agreed. However, about 40 hours have passed and I haven't received any technical support or feedback on the refund results. Please help me.

    72 hours have passed and I haven't received any information feedback. I can't imagine what the consequences would be if I had already started production and lost connection with the server for 72 hours.
