We accept only credit cards so we want as much lower risk of fraud. We going to expend to Mexico i think today or in few days max but i dont think we will go to europe or any other location

Indeed. He can have his US-Canada customers. There are other VPS providers who can cater to us
outright refusing to use paypal, in the very least throws up MASSIVE red flags. im wondering if we should flag this post ?

$1/month for 128 is not cheap, check out bandwagonhost/bluevm offer for ~$7
It was cheap actually
There was very rare provider offering a $1 - $2 vps with monthly payment (Not yearly)
Which is probably another reason why there is no paypal as the fees would eat up quite a bit of that $1.
