What Control Panel do YOU want?

  • @rsk said: From a provider's point of view .. every host should make it very easy for the client to manage their services/invoices/support all from a single panel.

That is something we are working on, and we hope to see many hosts go through this change.

    Clients love simplicity.

You're right. We are working on this too. By removing the need to maintain 2 different logins, and the need to type in 2 different URLs for managing services, ease of use can be increased to a good extent.

  • Relying on a client's opinion for control panel is not a very good decision. Client will be visiting this panel once a month or even less. You, on the other hand, will be there every day. You have to make this decision and decide what you like the most.

Meanwhile all of your sales go to digitalocean because their panel is prettier.

All decisions should be based on the client. Otherwise what's the point ;)

  • Im pretty sure they develop control panel based on user requirements. Topic starter talks about getting ready-to-use commercial panel. If you choose ready-to-use control panel on how damn pretty it's, you will definitely one day regret about it.

Despite what you read on the internet, pretty does not mean bad. Take a look at the work @serverian does with his brands. Beautiful, functional. In fact I can't think of a "pretty" VPS panel that isn't perfectly functional off the top of my head. All of the panels mentioned are good, all have flaws.
