Didn't. They do now and in fact seem pretty enthusiastic about them.
"While fresh installs can still be used for greenfield projects, in-place upgrades are the clear winner when modernizing existing environments. In-place upgrades are also a crucial part of the RHEL ecosystem, so their ongoing support is to be expected, along with planned innovations."

I've been using it for almost 5 months to be able to use incus natively. No problem so far.
In 90% of cases, it does not change the name of the network interface, but creates an alternative name
Just to note that Rocky Linux seems different in this respect, at least until now:

Regarding AlmaLinux: successfully upgraded a couple of my servers from 9 to 10 via leapp this weekend.

It's sad how Ian Murdoch died so young by suicide. Clearly, he had or developed serious psychological issues that he wasn't capable of addressing alone. At the same time, he also didn't receive proper treatment for them (or he wasn't open to treatment)
Not a rare pattern, unfortunately
still using debian 6.

Debian 13 is shaping up to be a nice release. Rock solid, on the servers we have that are running it. Always been one of the more stable Linux OS's out there in my opinion, and looks like that tradition continues
By the way, as of a couple weeks ago Debian 13 was also added as an available OS template on RackNerd’s KVM VPS platform. Existing customers can reinstall freshly, if desired, by following the video tutorial:
Can't wait for tomorrow order

Hi @riomartin -- awesome to hear! Appreciate the support and looking forward to having you onboard tomorrow. You’ll be able to deploy Debian 13 right away if that’s what you’re after - always good to see it in action on production workloads
By the way, you can find our latest deals here: https://racknerd.com/specials
We sincerely appreciate the opportunity.
Skipped the wife stage?
Weird right? That's Wikipedia for you I guess.
There will a trixie point release next weekend
So couple months went by from the initial release. Now it's safe to say all serious providers should offer Debian 13 template and those are also my preferred providers. If someone is stuck at 12 or even worse 11, then I would think hard what else they have outdated and why should I choose them.
In fact, it will already be the
.2releaseCurrently
Point release today

Just noticed this comment and smiled to myself.
I business, everything a competitor does that you don't is the worst idea imaginable until you figure out how to do it as well, and then suddenly it's obviously the best way after all.
