Need Urgent Help - Hostodo VPS Down for a Month, No Response

Hi LET members,
I’m facing a serious issue with my VPS hosted at Hostodo — it's been completely non-functional for over a month.
Here’s what’s been happening:
- I cannot access SSH or VNC.
- I have rebuilt the VPS multiple times, but the issue persists.
- The provider even changed my IP address, but that didn’t solve the problem either.
- Tried reaching out through Live Chat and Email — but no effective response.
- The last reply I received by email was 13 days ago, and it was unhelpful.
- Even their old billing portal throws errors, so I’m unable to manage things properly there either.
At this point, I’m stuck. I just want a working VPS or a fast resolution.
If anyone has had success contacting Hostodo recently or has a direct line of communication with them, I’d greatly appreciate your help.
Are there any faster ways to get their attention or escalate this?

Sounds like its time to switch to another vps host w/ good support!
i don't need to do that, i love hostodo
They have launched a new helpdesk on console, you can try submitting a ticket.
I just rebuilt the server one last time, and surprisingly it's finally working now!
The funny thing is i have rebuild it many times and in the end it work now.
Maybe they just working on it to fix the problem.
You wouldn't be the first to actually trigger a server problem from submitting excessive rebuilding requests.
