I'm looking for a UK VPS to run pangolin, my ISP uses cgnat and I'm exploring options for exposing some services to friends and family.

One of the main uses will be Plex, there's only 6 users of which 4 are remote.

I don't need much diskspace or ram but ideally as much traffic as possible.

1 CPU shared or dedicated I don't mind
2GB RAM
20GB Storage
1Gbps uplink (less is fine, my upload speed is 316Mbps) and as much bandwidth as possible.

I have tested @RIYAD's VPSs and found them to be very good albeit not exactly cheap.

My personal first choice for something like your use case would be @xHosts who sold (still do?) an exceptionally bang per buck really cheap VPS with plenty traffic on a good network.

I suggest you contact them to find out whether those VPS still are available.

We do not cap bandwidth, our policy is it must be legal use in the UK which includes copyright material and not doing silly scripts just to waste bandwidth.
