Last time you guys did "Unmetered Bandwidth" you cancelled all the plans after a month due to 'bandwidth abuse' even though you advertised it as unmetered and specified multiple times in that sales thread that as long as the use of the traffic is 'legitimate' using the 1Gbps line 24/7 would be fine.

    Whats changed this time?

We migrated to a new provider a long time ago, there had been an issue with our previous provider caused by an employee, out of respect for the owner of that business we do not disclose or share the full details caused by that employee.

It maybe rare to have respect rather than blab the story for attention. As the issue had been caused by an employee who has their own company while working for that provider we switched our provider and moved on, we have spoken with the CEO of that provider and he agreed it should never have happened and was caused by error of that employee, When we had offered 330TB if we are going to factual of the past.

Although most customers had used a month and renewed they received a refund of all payments made meaning the customers actually got a month, some two free of charge.

We have customers here currently using around 15TB per day on their VPS and have for a number of months now without issue.

Thanks for negative comments, have a great day

So originally it was cancelled due to "a high number of abuse complaints agaisnt our IP ranges. These complaints include DDOS attacks and copyright infringement via torrents." and "If you also follow our Facebook/Discord you will also understand that currently I do not have time to be dealing with complaints when 20/30 reports for a single IP are received."

and now you're saying they were cancelled because of the actions of a supposed ex-employee and some nameless company?

can't wait to see what the new excuse is next year.
