Hey there! is there any free/trial VPS available in Russia or Turkey?
Needed to use for tunneling in Iran , because currently no IP is wokring, all banned by firewall. Here is a Iran IP which only russia or turkey can ping it.

I already have it , it has no ping , they offer Netherlands

They mean it ip range got blocked by Iran

Regional blocks (i.e. Iran, Chinese GFW, etc) are pretty common, and many hosting providers understand that and will swap an IP address upon request. Some may flat out deny the request, others may only offer an IP swap if the server is brand newly purchased, etc.

Always worth keeping this in mind with your decision making.

Even if they Swap IPs , the Swaped IP is blocked unfortunately
