Did you create the different networks in ESXi?
Might be a stupid question but have to start somewhere.
Yep Followed the same steps I did with my old WSI dedi. Only difference, as far as I can tell, is that was ESXi 5.1 and I'm using 5.5 now, and the fact that the new dedi doesn't have IPs all in the same subnet.

EDIT #2: Just going to get a /29 since it will be easier and the extra IPs will come in handy anyway.
