The initial Charitygate scandal was damning and revealed a lot about the character of the guy behind CharityHost, and this move is pretty pathetic, but I'd say Colocrossing's deafening silence about their data breach is more dangerous to more people at present.
Especially given this thread on CharityHost is just a warning and a reminder of his unethical behavior, and he hasn't actually done damage as ExatVM yet.
