1. was your ticket replied? if yes, you'll have to wait for the payment to be sent.
2. was you ticket not even replied in last 26 days? Then that's the web host's fault or negligence towards their affiliate/customer whoever it is. Provide should have a courtsey to at least acknowledge the ticket and point the number of days payments are processed.
