It's still not good.
Invoice #129207
is the 5TB bandwidth count for in+out or only out?
Got myself a flash KVM 4GB in IT, MIL
First impression: quite positive, I think I got a nice deal for the price; for the normal price though I'd just laugh it out of the rack.
CPU (Xeon Gold) and memory performance quite decent, disk performance really decent as well, connectivity, uhm, let's call it not its strong side (but for me damn good enough).
All in all not an orgasm inducing great deal but a quite good one (with about 90% rebate); the "normal" 50% off deals I don't find tasty enough especially when seeing what I get for less money from e.g. @xHosts or @Chunkserve. But the flash deals demonstrate that @virtono still can be what it formerly was, a decent provider with good prices.
My ticket havn't been replied for two days already
VRT-108444, please double my bandwidth,thanks.
Chargeback already
Provider that provides no support on weekend is no good

FWIW: I just published a benchmark and review of the flash sale "4G" -> https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/205523/virtono-promo-vps-benchmark-and-review/p1
READ before buying!
Any -90% deal for KVM 1G plan?
Sorry, I just in kind of hurry and forget that it was already weekend. But one more thing is that my ticket is still not completed yet though.
Thanks Virtono I got my VM within a few minutes of ordering on a Friday night, might've gotten lucky based on other user reviews. Running a simple modded Minecraft server on it and it's run healthily for a day now so I'm quite content
Same thing that I'm using service for [private Minecraft Server]. Performance of the node & network (at least in LA) has been pretty stellar (no packet loss, no lag, no hickups).
I still have some confusion on what acceptable uses of the service are. e.g--
In the ToS (Use of Resources, section):
Cloud-VPS page:
Shot Virtono a message through LET's messaging on the 9th asking on what's acceptable sustain per fair-share policies on these plans. Probably just hasn't gotten around to responding yet. I did a bit more digging since then and found some-links on the site that used to point to "Dedicated Servers" ... It seems that the distinction between dedicated and VPS might just be something that changed. {ToS might need updating as those dedicated links point to the VPS order pages now}
Anyway, suppose I can just put this in the thread too since I'm sure others reading the fine-print might be wondering the same. It'll be seen eventually, I'll post back the response (or Virtono can reply in here).
All around, stellar node performance though. Can't comment on other regions or others experiences. Not tried opening a ticket yet since I already reached out via LET.
Nice offer!
Thanks. Give it a try.
the code MAYHEM50 is recurring discount or one-time discount?
we provide support in the weekends, but just for big problems like server down and other, not for billing or refunds.
What plan you tried to order and what coupon code used?
I have doubled your BW!
Thanks
Thank you for your order, but the double bandwidth will not apply for flash sales
recurring
IN+OUT
This is a flash sale, so we cannot double the bandwidth. We are doubling the bw only for the MAYHEM50 coupon code.
@virtono what happens after bandwidth usage?
To be honest I was assuming (which is always a bad way to do things of course) that as long as I wasn't pushing the VPS to it's limits or affecting neighbours on the physical server it would be fine - and if not I'd get a 3 day warning to remediate the issue. I was going to go down this route especially since the TOS and AUP could change at any time.
You're absolutely right, feedback/confirmation from Virtono on whether private game servers breach TOS would grant some peace of mind, but for now I think as long as we're not causing complaints or doing anything illegal it should be fine.
Your assumption seems to be correct. Forgot to re-post this in the thread the other day.
The fair-share policy with Virtono is very lenient (e.g -- full saturation, which should not come up under normal circumstances). In my DM's, they didn't directly bring up any concern on the private game-server use case. Here's Virtono's response on what constitutes abuse of VPS's for clarity.
Of course if you were to run a "public" game-server that attracts a DDoS then that would be abuse / you'd want to pay for some third party scrubber. For private servers that won't attract attention, this is probably just fine on its own.
Seconded on this one. Especially if the server becomes inaccessible for the remainder of the month would like to know if we could pay for additional quota (to get it online immediately / resolve whatever went wrong}. I didn't see a going rate on the site for overage, so I assume service gets suspended.
Ah sweet thanks for sharing the confirmation!
Great, I hope the not included problem will be solved in weekdays then.
Great, thanks.
Two days no reply to my ticket in weekdays now
