If you want feedback then please listen to one of your ex customers who had a great experience first time years ago but a very negative experience a second time around last year.
Location fees need to die (this made me leave when I raised a ticket for a service I ordered, and less than 24 hours later of a promo of I think it was half off).
Port speeds need to be faster (for me, 32 TB out going is way too much, I'd be happy with 5TB if it meant we got 1 gig ports or more).
I really would appreciate clear CPU specs (bonus points if nested kvm is turned on and aes-ni is present).
Competition is good, however there is a lot better out here.
Happy to talk in an email and share my experiences as well.
