Hello! I think the formatting creates this confusion: I believe this line is meant to show you the "normal price" so you can see how much less you pay at the end.
This is how i understand the calculation:
1. This special hosting offer is 19 USD/year (instead of 68 USD/year as you can see on worldbus 1st link in his initial post "Learn more: https://worldbus.ge/free-hosting/")
Then .GE domain registration is also19 USD/year, so 19 + 19 = 38 USD.
Therefore 19 + 19 = 38 USD.
But this special hosting offer includes 1 free .GE domain, so only 19 USD and not 38 USD should be charged at the end.

I don't care about the hosting; I only want it for the domain name. By the way, it only has cryptocurrency because "we added cryptocurrency". They only accept payments via the TRON network. There’s also an additional fee in cryptocurrency that I don’t understand. My bank didn’t approve this transaction, so I couldn’t receive the offer through their card. When I wanted to accept this offer via cryptocurrency, I came across this table. At least if it were on the Polygon or Base network, it would be great. Especially Polygon!

Guys who bought domains and activated privacy protection via the add-on, please check your whois via https://www.whois.com/whois (or any other service).
Yesterday, I grabbed the first domain but forgot to add the add-on to the cart while ordering, so I could see my contacts in Whois. So, I added this add-on today.
Today, I bought the second domain. This time, while ordering, I added the privacy add-on, which is 100% activated (I see it in WHMCS).
I can still see my information in Whois for both domains, so the privacy add-on doesn't work (at least for me).
I raised a ticket, and support said, "We activated privacy for you." So, it looks like "the add-on" is quite buggy.
I rechecked the domains in the thread; only two domains have "Hidden info" in their Whois. I'm not sure how those folks achieved this.

If that's the case, please check ticket #401434. I asked to enable protection for kak.ge and eda.ge. Support answered that "OK, protection is enabled" (that was yesterday). I can still see my info at https://www.whois.com/whois/.
So, maybe even with manual push, as you said, something is not working.
