WOW !!
@heartbeat_IT
My VPS appears to be online! However, it was shut down about 18 hours ago and restarted without my intervention. Well, whatever!
https://status.heartbeat-it.com/status/infrastructure but not much info
sorry double post
Thanks
mine works 5 min, and can't be reachable for the other 30 min
ssh keeps disconnecting! also there looking glass is unreachable from many locations!
I got that issue with my VPS with them since around 2 weeks. I opened a ticket and was asked to hand in some MTRs during the time it happens, which isn't that easy, since it's usually only down several minutes.
Glad I'm not the only one now
Let's see if they can fix it.
I found that my nl vps was restarted 18 hours ago.
Is this more a Skylink related issue?
We are working on the issue and will answer tickets asap. Sorry for the inconvenience!
my storage vps reboot each week since 1st day. if i know this, ill not buy from them since there no refund

Are you serious - that there's an almost weekly reboot of a storage node in NL? Having a storage VM reboot weekly is definitely painful.
Anyone else facing the same issue?
You also mention (in another thread):
Perhaps @heartbeat_IT can also clarify (maybe after the current issues)?
no don't think soo
My internal monitoring tools making http connections through Cloudflare for heartbeat monitoring.
NL) About 10 days ago, it got unstable.

STO) 99.99 Good uptime.

In the past few months, my VPS with them has experienced network disconnections lasting 1-2 minutes every few days or once a week.
they said about network card something like that. after changing it still happen. this happen on nl region, probably not happening to others. im asking to change node but all full
I had to SSH into it and then it just started working. Weird.
and it is happening again lol
It was a longer blip this time as even HetrixTools detected that, for few different checks
issue was fixed
I have this exact same issue. I'm guessing we are on the same node. Support was quick to respond and said they would be replacing the NIC. About a week later they got back to me and said it had now been replaced. This must have been at least a month ago.
They did give me three months free service but I have noticed it's still rebooting and experiencing up to ten minutes of downtime once a day.
I'm not using this for anything yet as I was monitoring uptime given I planned to use it for backups and didn't want these to fail. I guess if Hetrix continues to send emails regarding downtime I won't renew it as I do have a very stable backup server already. I did want better disk speeds though and that's why I gave HeartBeat IT a go.
I use Heartbeat server as VPN and from time to time connection just freezes for long time, so I guess this is not a recent issue.
Thanks for everyones feedback so far! We are still investigating the root cause of the packet loss issues of the last few days. Sorry again for the inconvenience. We will answer the other posts tomorrow. If you have an urgent issue, please open a support ticket. Thanks!
@seman and @techdragon: Your service is located on a Node with frequent reboot issues. I guess we had contact via Ticket in the last weeks. We replaced the network card which led to fewer frequent reboots and afterwards ran a memtest without errors. We replaced the RAM of the Node anyway to ensure this is not a memory issue and replaced both PSU. Furthermore, we are still investigating what the issue is. At the moment reboots happen roughly every 10 days. (Last reboot was 5 days ago)
Not sure what dose nodes running on but there was some faulty motherboard that affected even Hetzner. Maybe it's similar issue?
true, seems to be fixed
My Swedish one is flawless 100% uptime for 120+ days, my Netherlands one goes down multiple times a day sadly.
i dont care that newtork down but hw down burn my stats
this is killing
@heartbeat_IT
Should I rise a ticket as well?
My node seems having the same problem.
