Looking for 1c1g in DE with stable network

I've had a DEBGP-E5-Mini from Akile for 2+ months and had no issues, but recently, I've had some weird things happen like random high CPU usage, network being unstable, and a corrupted install after a reboot.

Looking for an additional or replacement server for around 2euro/mo, monthly billing. I can maybe pay annually, but only if it's a provider that has been around for some time. Then < 2eur/mo.
1c1g, 1Gbit, 1TB traffic (renewable or 2TB) DE.

Any recommendations?
Would also want YABS.
