I love that you all created an easily searchable database of your server IPs it's really handy

I won't say for what though

cockhost and it's 9700x backboner going to ddos 300 nodes at once?

I'll get a few of those 25gbit advance ones and just take down everything at once

    Imagine the confusion!!

start with decicus then zgato so i can take back my position in first place

does @barbaros have any? if so I think I'll start with him and never move on from him

1 lonely node floating out in the abyss

the only North Holland i know is eranium

i believed a lot of ppl here still use a default password from provider without SSH Key

I forgot the thread but a while ago like half the fucking providers and users here said they get too lazy to set up keys or change from port 22

    Shit's crazy

if the default password has more than like 14 characters than yeah i use the default cuz it looks safe enough

added bonus that i can lookup the password in my email if i ever need it

insert that picture with delet this text

    people are crazy

same kind of people that always try their 7 passwords no matter where they login because one surely works, end up resetting it, using it, not changing it or saving it anywhere, and redo the same next time

I will never get it, keys are literally easier to use than password, you don't have to type anything it just logs in :D

  • I used to name my idle, ip, specs in my excel

then it's just provider name, specs, ip

last month, it's only provider name and specs

    now it's just provider name

windows requires setting an entry in your known_hosts file everytime ontop of having to install the ssh key onto servers already setup or from panels that dont support ssh keys on install, nah password is easier

i use termius so i just enter the host ip, username and password in once, set a label then double click the big button for that host everytime i want to log in, its peak laziness

Pagaent works with everything basically on windows no? Just mass import the keys and it'll figure it out when you login. It takes me less than 2 minutes to setup a new debian server with a key and change some basic settings (port, root login) in the ssh file

    theres no keys to import
