If you do want a 9500t, maybe ask @ZachNuyek if you can pay to update if it’s not deployed. He did say I could do a paid upgrade after I initially ordered an 8500T but wasn’t eligible for the free update the first half dozen people got.
Also note that while you can get 53% off on add-ons, that’s recurring where lots of us got one time RAM and disk updates.
