    Hi all,

As promised, all VPS have now been updated to 100M unmetered.

To clarify why we started with such out-of-date (now that we know :( ) port speed, we used to work with small-budget customers using mostly CN2. Realizing the lack of port speed, we've switched to BGP and can provide 100M.

Please let us know if there's anything else you feel that isn't quite meeting your standards and we'll try our best to improve!

    Best,
    Martin

No, the upgrade is for everyone! I've just reached out to our technical team. They suggest the easiest way is to request a refund and purchase again, where you'd get 100M for all VPS. Let me know if you have any other questions and thank you for supporting us!

Hi, no it's not intentional, you must have purchased our VPS after our 1st update, which increased the speed to 20M. The technical team suggests that the easiest way is to request a refund and purchase again, where you should see 100M on all of the VPS. Let me know if you have any other questions and thank you for supporting us!

This is obviously intentional! Because this is my first time buying a product and the configuration options are obviously inconsistent with the invoice description!

And your customer service is obviously playing dumb and answering irrelevant questions. Here is its response to this incident...

    @martin_raksmart

If this was not intentional, please explain how you could launch this product plan in such a hurry without verifying whether the product descriptions matched those on the invoices. Isn't this a basic error? If you do not pay attention to such fundamental mistakes in your finances, I do not believe you will have any reliable responsibility or obligation toward consumers.

    Hi Toby,

First of all, I'd like to apologize for the confusion. We haven't received similar complaints at the moment. As I mentioned, this might happened between our 1st and 2nd updates which messed up the invoice system. I've reached out to our customer service regarding this issue but I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Rest assured, our VPS are upgraded to 100M and the upgrade is eligible for all users. We ensure you will get 100M for the price listed.

Hi! I'm with you that it might seem a little bit tedious :( , but I was told the refund and re-purchase process would technically be the most efficient way to get your 100M VPS up online..

But we hear you and we'll try to integrate the scalable feature in future updates.

When will it be able to allocate available IPv6 addresses? After all, it will be 2025.

  • What about Japan and Hk ?

  • When will expand to more locations in Asia such as Singapore, HK ...?

  • Do these plans support rDNS (PTR)? Is SMTP port blocked? I want to use it to host my personal email (only me), so I don't need a VPS with high network speed or fast SSD, just need maximum uptime and stability.
