It’s been almost a month since I purchased a Ryzen 7 VPS (by the way, order number #5322—add extra bandwidth, please ), and I’d like to share my experience. Over this time, I’ve encountered almost no issues with the server’s performance. It runs stably, and the speeds are satisfying.

However, there are huge problems with customer support and the provided services. I placed my order on January 11, and my machine remained in "Pending" status for almost an entire week. Ticket responses are extremely slow.

Even now, more than 20 days later, my ticket requesting an increase in disk space to the advertised 50GB is still unanswered.

As I mentioned, I have no complaints about the server’s performance. Aside from rare issues, everything works great, and I’m completely satisfied. The option for quarterly payments is also a huge plus. I do recommend it, but I urge the technical support team to be more responsive in resolving issues.
