Looks like it's a you issue. I can access them just fine. One tiny annoyance is that ssh connections get dropped if you don't so anything.

You advertised an NVMe service with a 1 Gbps connection.
I kindly request you to deliver the service you promised, as I purchased it based on your claim of NVMe performance. However, the speeds I am experiencing don’t even match those of an old-fashioned HDD, which makes me feel deceived.
The low performance of the CPU, combined with the poor disk speeds, makes any operation extremely difficult—even something as simple as extracting an archive.
Furthermore, your support has been incredibly slow, with responses taking over 24 hours and never being comprehensive or helpful in resolving the issue.
Regarding the 1 Gbps connection, it is unacceptable to have such poor upload speeds. It’s clear that you either lack proper load balancing on the node or allow improper use of the service. Regardless of the time of day, I have never been able to achieve a speed remotely close to 1 Gbps.
I find it incredibly frustrating when companies advertise 1 Gbps but actually deliver just 100 Mbps. My home connection is significantly faster. I opted for a VPS because I need performance that goes beyond what a home environment can offer. However, with all these limitations, Torchbyte has been a major disappointment, as confirmed by tests conducted by other users as well.
I hope an improvement will be made for LET users.

Same. I got single and a double and asked to stack it and they said yes which ip of server to delete, so I asked if the ip will be added to the other. Didn’t get a reply for ages but saw they posted on here saying Ip shortage, so I sent another message and just asked if it’s ok. No reply for ages so I closed the ticket and took it as a no for now.
And still haven’t got the extra bw. Maybe they don’t work weekends but this all started on Thursday

If you still encounter problems, please open a ticket on the website. On some orders, we added 2GB of extra RAM.
As shown in the picture, unfortunately, this is not just an NVMe issue but a general problem. This server struggles to handle two or three tasks simultaneously, becoming very slow and unresponsive even with simple operations. On LET, there are competitors offering fewer resources than yours, yet operations are smooth, and the internet speed is reliable.
In the picture, I was trying to transfer about ten files simultaneously (with a limiter set), but the speed drops to a crawl, and the upload doesn't even start. I honestly can't understand why this server has so many issues, especially since it has all the technical specifications to perform well. I'm concerned about the excessive customization... maybe that's the cause. I don't know, but I really wish everything worked properly.
I hope you resolve the issues for everyone as soon as possible.

It’s been almost a month since I purchased a Ryzen 7 VPS (by the way, order number #5322—add extra bandwidth, please
), and I’d like to share my experience. Over this time, I’ve encountered almost no issues with the server’s performance. It runs stably, and the speeds are satisfying.

However, there are huge problems with customer support and the provided services. I placed my order on January 11, and my machine remained in "Pending" status for almost an entire week. Ticket responses are extremely slow.

Even now, more than 20 days later, my ticket requesting an increase in disk space to the advertised 50GB is still unanswered.

As I mentioned, I have no complaints about the server’s performance. Aside from rare issues, everything works great, and I’m completely satisfied. The option for quarterly payments is also a huge plus. I do recommend it, but I urge the technical support team to be more responsive in resolving issues.
