@host_c is it possible to add 1TB NVME storage? I noticed the max extra NVME storage option is 200GB. I submitted a support ticket two days ago but haven’t received a response yet.
@host_c I use X18 on my NAS too.. but I've only 6
I like @host_c and Romania
When will my Dyson S Revision 2.0 - NVME Barebone VPS - I 188 server be updated
I can't imagine how many upgrade tickets Stu are getting
upgrade! upgrade! upgrade! upgrade!
I also upgraded the names on the G2 5TB and 10TB services.
Since it is upgrade time
ALL THE UPGRADES!! HOST-C! HOST-C! HOST-C! HOST-C!
Hi, I have the Hornet Revision 2.0 plan which was 1TB HDD with 2TB traffic, but the traffic is not enough for my current usage, so may I upgrade it to VPS Yorktown - Storage 2TB - I125 plan? I'd like to pay the upgrade fee for that 4TB traffic plan to meet my needs😃
Upgrade in the word
Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, this isn't a pleasant update.
At this time, we have two nodes down due to currently unknown reasons. The only information we have is from the iDRAC interfaces, and frankly, it doesn't look good.
We are actively working on migrating the running VMs off the affected nodes. This process will take some time.
Right now, we don’t have a clear picture of the extent of the issue or how many services are impacted. We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates via email to affected customers as soon as we have more details.
regards
Small update, it seems the issue is from ST18000NM019J, even with the latest ( 6-8 mo ago ) fw update fix.
I will keep you posted once I get out of the DC.
@host_c Keep up the good work, Host-C team! Thank you so much for fighting for all of us.
Hopefully, everyone in the Host-C team will stay healthy.
We always look forward to hearing from you.
send Stuart with a hammer... to do a hard reset
Update 1
All NVMe-based services previously hosted on the two affected nodes have been successfully restored to other nodes — a positive outcome so far. 😊
The second faulty node has been brought to our office for in-depth diagnostics and recovery procedures.
We expect to have more information by tomorrow and will continue to keep you updated here.
At this time, the main issue appears to be related to faulty ST18000NM019J FW. Once we have a clear understanding of the root cause, we will release an official statement and send a detailed email to all affected customers.
So, Keep calm and.... wait

My 10TB VPS was affected. Hereby I would unwillingly accept your offer of 3TB@$15/yr plan on my account as a compensation. ^.^
Same here, totally agree on the 3TB $15/year
Not sure is my host affected, but third in line.
PS. @host_c can I ask double my 10G boot disk, because after OS install only 3GB avail?
Nice. well, some are not happy, fuck if I am.
I am curious what Seagate support will write me, most probably "fuck off...."
I will keep you all posted.
Pretty sure mine was (not) affected, but would take 3tb/15$ for the trouble.
what service is that??? DM me
I'll wait for my 2 downed Promo VPS Panama - 3TB to be converted to LET 15th Anniversary 3TB Storage pricing.
Love this guy, I mean.....
I have seen some of the requests Stuart gets, OMFG.
we shall see and wait for the "fuck of from seagate" and see tomorrow how we go from there.
He shall not do such pornographic things......
He does like to fix things with the hammer tho......
One can only dream...I hope nothing serious happens, I don't want to lose my "pron stash".
who doesn't?
dunno what's the problem with that sea gate, but fwiw i've always trusted WD more especially that series based on HGST tech they bought many years ago... those are animals, i just hope i haven't jinxed it now (some of mine are just about out of warranty as i write this)...
good luck with repair!
Sorry to Stuart
