    There was a temporary CPU load issue on your node which heavily impacted I/O. Please check now.

    do not waste your time just for waiting for an uncertain, very slow support departments
    This is a service, not being in a place that would be wasting your time just for waiting for a reply from support ticket

    Our support staff doesn't screen orders. This is the same with every other host. Fraud screening = Not 24/7. This is very logical and you can ask any host this.

  • Good deals on paper, your TOS is a bit over the top. Lots of "guessing" going on there.
