Proof. Tickets, network log, ping stats etc. tna has good rep here, so think before you write.

nah, they are rocksolid ! I have 3 VPS with them, never ever had a issue with them.
So you're complaining because they did not respond to an inquiry after you posted the thread above?
Don't have any recent experience with this provider. Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Hardware was completely unusable due to performance issues, and support couldn't resolve it, so didn't renew and have avoided them ever since.
