their support is incompetent. i have gotten to te point i check once a week as they ae so slow to respond.
i have been nable to connect to my storage vps via ssh since 05/12/2024 (12:46)
after basically blaming me i told them to destroy the vps and start over. no dice. instead of timing out now ssh connections are actively refused....
i do not know about their other services, but support of this product is incompetent at best, purposefully non helpful at worst. i guess you get what you pay for with this company.
luckily it was only a backup target so nothing critical.

Hello , what price you pay for you storage VPS?
$40/year for 1tb of disk. great price but support is poor.

Why is that?
i have cancelled my account. according to them they apparently only support winscp for file uploads now when filezilla worked in sftp for more than a year. i have spent moths guiding their support...no longer. i have other servers in my hosting business with other vendors. tna was not a critical part of my infrastructure...i will find another storage vps vendor.
