I do not know where you buy your swag, but have you tried talking to the supplier about a direct sale to Europe? A lot of the big "swag" sellers actually ship internationally or have resellers in other parts of the world.

Hi @rcy026 -- We actually do all of our swag shipment/fulfillment in-house! There's a local embroidery shop near our office in Rancho Cucamonga that we work with, we usually take the materials there, pick it up once embroidered, and we maintain all the inventory right here at our office. This gives us direct control over getting them boxed up, and shipped out.

I'm all for supporting your local businesses, well done! But perhaps you could team up with some bigger player to handle the international deliveries? It's just a recommendation, there are players out there that will make it a lot faster, cheaper and better than you will ever do. No offense.
I have a customer that uses printful.com to push out literally tens of thousands of items each month, and they never had a single hiccup afaik. I'm not affiliated in any way, I just know that they work well.

Hi @rcy026 -- as of right now, we use a local small mom/pop vendor for shirts, hats, mousepads, and embroidery. We also support a local shop for our keychains. And other things such as stickers, custom tape, pens, branded chocolate, mugs (separate online vendors).

We could look into what you're suggesting, as it's not a bad idea at all. Any ideas?
