I am having the services from past 4 years. Probably the first few customers of racknerd, helping it start the trend of flash sales.
Having bitten many times by other service providers in 11.11/BF sales. I can vouch for dustinc, when he says "business" he means business. I have suffered 0 downtime, zero flaming by users on the board, in short a service far surpassing even professional providers at this pricepoint!

Great win by the way! Regarding shipping outside the US, you're right; it becomes very tough and complicated, with fees we cannot even pay for ourselves. How annoying! We've experienced swag packages as an example experience added fees to the recipient. On top of that, customs being involved for some shipments.
With that being said, we still love to give back, and promote giveaways here and there that we'll ship outside the US.

While we're flexible with many use cases, this particular one we cannot, due to the amount of abuse complaints generated. I do not know where you buy your swag, but have you tried talking to the supplier about a direct sale to Europe? A lot of the big "swag" sellers actually ship internationally or have resellers in other parts of the world.
