As it stands, there's only one other company that can offer that kind of performance and price, except, of course, for scammers.

I think you're right although there is another company racked next to them - Prepaid Host. I've also seen close offers from BeroHost and now Hosmatic above. There are quite a few selling EPYC out of FRA01 at very good prices.

Required specifications for these servers don't need to be as high as P24.

But I guess you mean "northwest Europe countries preferred".

No connectivity minima? Traffic volume, portspeed doesn't matter for your usage?

3 providers come to (my) mind: netcup (but DE and bureaucratic), @Hybula (but likely at the upper end or even above your budget), and @terrahost (but NO but still good connectivity).

You're right regarding UK and NL.

EPYC and Ryzen is fine. Doesn't need to be Genoa. 1Gbps with 1-2TB of bandwith is enough also.

Have a look at these as a New York alternative:

and

Honestly, the network is the best, super low latency, super low jitter, solid stable speed, very hard to find this quality elsewhere.
