If you act like a cry baby like you do in this new thread, I'm not surprised that people act towards you as they do.

I would like to ask if this sentence is very subjective and personal.

If you communicated with provider with the same broken English like here don't be shocked that it takes more time to understand what you want.
Can you like buy from a local provider that speaks your native language?

I think everyone is an independent individual. Some people don’t argue when things happen, and some people choose to stand up. Of course, this is not talking about me.
I think you need to learn patience. When I've contacted Amazon for a refund on a product, they have told me it can take up to 7 days to receive this, it is very normal to wait up to 7 days for a refund.
I have a VPS with Advin and have contacted their support a couple of times and never had an issue.
Creating 2 discussions about the topic in a 24 hour time span helps no one. Furthermore, spamming their support with tickets doesn't help. You need to realise that small companies don't have unlimited resources and mistakes can happen.
If you don't get a response within 7 days then it would be reasonable to kick up a fuss and in that case I would suggest contacting your bank to issue a chargeback.
Maybe in your country, there is a misunderstanding about the word work efficiency. In my opinion, time is life. Being responsible to customers is also being responsible to yourself.
I don't allow employees to do work-related things during non-working hours, but what they have to do during working hours is to serve customers well, which is their job.
