Sorry, I'm not @Calins spokesperson and know about as much as you and everyone here does.
My guess is that he can't provide the service(s) ordered because to do so he'd need access to the money in order to buy hardware needed. After all this seems to be about dedi(s).

Ugly situation, I agree, but it won't change it seems as long as the money is frozen by the bank.

if you knew anything you would know that it can either be:
1) refunded back to origin bank(coinbase)
2) seized by Romania authorities

there's ZERO chance bank can keep the money for themselves

case 2 is impossible because it would be impossible to process court orders for that in a few days.

Well, I can't judge how fast or slow romanian authorities and courts work, but "in a few days" is a time frame you just made up.

That income was unfrozen along time ago - contact a lawyer from Romania for an advice. I really don't get it why you guys still fight for it since the other parties involved are leaved that source to him. As I can see he's not active anymore. :-)
