We are pushing to gain access sooner. A.k.a. fighting for the people and for the motherland, one email at a time.
Good to know, because along with the other heuristics they just dumped themselves in my mental scam trash bin. That's bad.
Downtime: 2 hr 27 min
Noticed at: 2024-07-30 17:47:37 (UTC+02:00)
IPV4 has been down for 10 hours, IPV6 works...
It's fine here. Uptime is still something that needs to be worked on, though...
ICMP seems blocked now, so that's likely what flagged on your end. SSH works fine.
SSH doesn't work for me
EDIT : Now SSH works
Rather it works at times, sometimes yes and sometimes no
For me, neither SSH nor VNC has been working since yesterday.
Network is back for me (no ICPM, but ssh works now).
SSH works on and off
Did you follow up through support?
What answer did they give you?
That it's "only ICMP is being rate-limited by the DDoS protection", so nothing directly related to VPS inaccessibility.
SSH started to work for me, though, so there's nothing more to do from here, I guess.
IPV6 has been down for 18 hours, and the VNC emergency console has not been working for 2 months!!!
They're really bad
"Following a connectivity incident that caused approximately 30 minutes of downtime, already resolved by our technicians, please note that IPv6 connectivity, BGP sessions, and other additional services will remain temporarily unavailable until further notice. We are diligently working to restore the systems to full functionality as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we are also acquiring new equipment to further enhance the quality of our services.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will issue a service credit (in days) to compensate for the inconvenience caused."
It's very unstable. I didn't reboot manually.
Is the same thing they told me on October 1 for VNC not working, but still today it doesn't work
I'm honestly not renewing, I would even try to get a refund for their SLA bullshit, but I'm too lazy.
(this is just network btw, as Arirang mentioned, VPSs also restart quite frequently)
I won't renew it either, and I already tried to ask for a refund but they said no
this is similar trash like @c1vhosting every time you ask what happening they : "we invested a lot of money"
I also won't renew
The thing that concerns me, he send out ZERO communications.
He played dead silent until you asked him.
For 2 days it has been jumping continuously
That's push-ups™
