Hetzner - Singapore?
AS215859 (https://www.peeringdb.com/net/34831), named Hetzner Online Cloud 4 is peered to Equinix Singapore (https://bgp.he.net/AS215859#_ix)

could it be ... ?
Oh snap - If they can offer same-ish pricing there, they will get tons of custumers first day.
There's also a speed test subdomain for Singapore at https://sin-speed.hetzner.com, which seems to resolve, but times out when attempting to connect.
The IP's are currently not announced by any AS.

If I were to make a guess, probably just their cloud VMs?
Curious about the prices if they launch it there, since bandwidth is very expensive there from what I've heard
hail hetzner?
Hoping that along with cloud VMs, @Hetzner_OL also offer their much rumored S3-compatible object storage in singapore. Also hoping that hetzner will allow receiving payments via PayNow- this will help many prospective users who do not have credit cards, not just in Singapore but also in Thailand, India and Malaysia (because the real-time payment systems of these three countries are also linked with PayNow)
Also, hoping for availability(or at least the announcement) on National Day (9th August)
Most likely this is Cloud only, not dedicated servers.
But it's still very good to have, especially if they retain the price of the current cloud plans.
It's impossible that they'll retain 20TB for 3.79€/m
will be interested to get one in SG.
There's a post on their subreddit. And they just posted an image on Instagram of their staff in Singapore. So it's pretty much confirmed.
I'm pretty sure they will only offer their cloud services, like they do in the US. And probably with less bandwidth included. Let's see if extra bandwidth in Singapore is more expensive than 1€/TB.
I am able to access the test page for that now, and attempted to ping it, the ping is within a reasonable value to be confirmed to be a server within SEA region

So Hetzner has AS18106/ViewQwest, AS24482/SG.GS, and AS2914/NTT as upstream there, sounds very interesting!
Finally
Can't wait for the official launch
The 2 best Upstream in Asia in my opinion, NTT & SG.GS

its been sometime i have hetzner account.
doesnt use them because of the latency.
will be in action soon.
We'll see soon
@Hetzner_OL Availability date?
Also, can we expect AX42 without setup fee (basically your EURO 2024 offer) in Singapore DC?
No way, only cloud servers.
If it's not in Europe, Hetzner won't be able to take advantage of the low prices, electricity and internet prices in Asia are more expensive
Precisely. It wouldn't be their own DC in Singapore too.
Hetzner Cloud Singapore is live now! https://www.hetzner.com/cloud/

Yep, that's right! It's live!
