Please tell me how many more days you need to complete the installation of my server. It's already been two weeks, and I still haven't received the server I rented from your website. The main discounted price comes from annual payments, and now I'm starting to wonder if you are scammers. If I don't get the server in a few more days, I will undoubtedly consider you scammers, deliberately delaying the process.

We are trying to deploy all servers as soon as possible. We have many customers who have received their servers, and you too will receive your server. Things were delayed here as we had the hurricane hit last week. Although it thankfully did not impact our uptime, there were some delays in shipments. Additionally most of our team was without power for a week and some roads were impassable, further limiting work done at the DC.

If you shoot me your provisioning ticket number via DM, I can check to see what the status and estimated racking date is. We have no incentive to delay orders, we want them racked ASAP as much as our customers do.

Quick Network Update:
Cogent seems to be more stable and we’ve begun flowing traffic over that upstream again, we’re continuing the monitor the network and make routing adjustments.
