Hurricane Beryl Updates:
UPDATE: 7/8/2024 (08:57 GMT-5): We have lost connectivity from one of our upstream providers, the system has automatically shifted all traffic to backup routes. We will continue to update this page as the hurricane moves through Houston.
UPDATE: 7/8/2024 (13:51 GMT-5): Hurricane Beryl has moved past Houston, we're working to restore connectivity with one of our upstream providers, and are continuing to monitor the network and overall infrastructure. Customers are reporting higher than usual ping, this is a result of routing issues caused Beryl. Once our upstream provider restores the service, the latency should resolve.

UPDATE 7/9/2024 (20:14 GMT-5): All upstream providers are up and routing is returning to normal. If you have routing issues please open a support ticket so we can look into it further.

When cogent came online we had some route issues, they are resolved now and we're showing a more stable connection with Cogent and Ezee Fiber. We're also working on securing 2-3 additional upstream providers with diverse paths
They will be released today, our sales director has been without power all week because of the hurricane, and our main office has also been without power. We're getting back out of emergency operations and into normal operations again

Yes! All our staff have power, and just some minor damage done to homes! We stayed online through the hurricane and maintained 100% network and facility uptime (huge pat on the back to the DC and our staff!)
We are also in the process of adding more upstream providers with diverse routes, and even a satellite route for traffic to help make a even stronger network for our customers
We're having issues with one of our upstream providers, Cogent. We have started to route all traffic over Ezee Fiber until Cogent's network is more stable. Keep up to date with the status here:
