    Do you have a promo server (for example via LET) or normal server (ordered via their website)? Inquiries regarding promo servers often have a longer reply time compared to normal servers.

    Hmm, OK. I just thought you might be able to speed up the process if you send this together with your sanitary certificate. Unhealthy persons operating servers is a big problem these days after all.

    Sad to see that hosthatch's reply times and support quality hasn't improved in a year since I complained about it.
    I knew that they're full of bs with the whole "low paying customers get low priority support" cause that literally meant "we ignore those tickets for awhile".
